Auto Repair in Belle Haven, VA

Belle Haven, VA

The community of Belle Haven, VA, is located just south of Old Town Alexandria along the Potomac River. With a land area of just two square miles, Belle Haven is home to a modest population of 6,500 people.

Scottish pioneers settled along the river in the early 18th century and named their new home after the Earl of Belhaven. Their early settlement thrived as a port. Two centuries later, the current Belle Haven residential community began in the 1920s when an engineer purchased the land. At that time, two corporations were established, one to construct a golf course and the other to develop a residential subdivision. The golf course later became part of the present-day Belle Haven Country Club, while the subdivision grew to become one of the area’s wealthiest.
